International Shipping Delay

Please keep in mind that transit times can vary greatly. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed up to 45 days, but the usual transit time is 7 – 14 days.

When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs, which is in the hands of the country's customs officials.

Tracking Your Order

What If I Haven't Received My Order

If you haven’t received your order after 30 days, please email us at support@moonlights-design.com and we’ll track it down for you ASAP or help you get a replacement for the piece.
