Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy 

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you change your mind returning an item couldn't be easier. 

We will gladly accept returns for refunds and exchanges for eligible products that were purchased directly through our website within 30 days of purchase date with the following requirements: 
    • All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original packaging. 
    • We do accept returns on earrings but we ask that you do not try these on 
    • You’ll need to provide us the receipt or proof of purchase
    • Promotional or sale items are excluded from exchanges and returns

If you placed an order on our website and have concerns with the quality of a product you received, please email us directly at support@moonlights-design.com and our team would be happy to assist you.

 

      How do I return my item?

      To start a return, you will have to submit the request on Return/ Exchange through our online return portal within 30 days from the day you receive your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. An order number must be provided in order to initiate a return. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewelry.

       

       

      Returns Options 

        1. We offer a subsidized returns label. Once received your request on return, we will create a return label for you to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of US$10(or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from final refund amount as cost of return shipping and handling.
        2. You are welcome to choose a return method that is convenient to you at your own cost.
        3. We offer free returns for all orders returned for exchange

        After we have provided you with the return address or return label, please return your items within 7 working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

        We would always recommend retaining your proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your goods and ask that you also provide us with a return tracking number via email at support@moonlights-design.com to ensure that we can follow the progress of your return.

         

        Returns for Refunds  

          • Upon receiving your returned item, it can take up to 7 working days for your return to be inspected, processed, and refunded. This timeframe ensures that we can thoroughly inspect the item and process your refund accurately.
          • Once we have processed your items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods with return shipping and handling fee deducted. 
          • Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
          • Please note that we can only credit the purchaser's account in the original payment method and will not be able to issue a refund to any alternative account.

         

          Returns for Exchanges

          If you decide to proceed with an exchange, we will cover the costs for return shipping and handling. The credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods only yet the shipping cost from the original purchase is non- refundable. Moreover, exchanges are possible only for full priced items. Once the return is approved to proceed and refund, make a separate purchase for the new item as an exchange.
